It was born from the need to overcome language barriers for people migrating from their country of origin, especially in emergency situations. It is there to connect people and help them integrate into new cultures.

Learning about the effects of language barriers on people who travel often or are living abroad, and how they overcome them.
Desktop research and benchmarking on existing platforms and services, and surveys and interviews to users and experts.

Building an empathy map to define the user persona, so to uncover their needs and, therefore, establishing a problem statement that would guide the process towards possible solutions.

Establishing a MVP that would be useful for everyday situations, but specially for emergency situations where one needs to communicate with confidence and accuracy.
